Callis Yard – London

Project overview

Callis Yard is a large residential-led development comprising a total of 151 apartments, including 131 private dwellings and 20 shared ownership homes, together with the conversion of a heritage listed stable block into three townhouses. The scheme forms a contemporary new-build development supported by communal amenities and landscaped external spaces.

The development includes a range of shared resident facilities, including a business centre, private gym and children’s play areas, alongside green roof terraces across multiple buildings and basement-level servicing and plant areas.

Scope of works

Atelier Vero was appointed to deliver the bespoke kitchen package across the development. The scope included the design, manufacture and installation of 151 fully bespoke kitchens, communal areas including reception and post boxes.  All produced on a made-to-measure basis to suit the varying apartment layouts across the scheme.

The appointment required consistent delivery across a large number of units, incorporating both private and shared ownership dwellings, as well as kitchens within the converted heritage stable block. The project demanded disciplined coordination, repeatability and quality control across multiple building blocks and construction phases.
