From first idea to finished interior
Atelier Vero offers a complete, carefully controlled process for bespoke interiors — from early design development and digital survey through to manufacturing drawings, in-house manufacture, stone fabrication, specialist installation and practical completion.
Every project begins with understanding the brief, the property and the level of support required. For private clients, this may mean helping to shape the initial kitchen, joinery or architectural interior concept from the first conversation. For architects, interior designers, developers and contractors, we can work from an existing design intent, bringing the technical knowledge, manufacturing expertise and installation control required to realise it beautifully.
Our role is to turn vision into something made — refined, buildable and completely bespoke. Through careful design development, precise survey, detailed technical drawings, material selection, in-house production and skilled installation, we guide each project through a clear and considered journey.
All joinery and stone fabrication is coordinated through our London workshop, allowing our team to manage detail, quality and programme from start to finish. Whether delivering a single luxury kitchen, a complete joinery and stone package for a private residence, or multiple bespoke units within a larger development, our process is designed to give clients confidence before anything reaches site.

Process Overview
01. Initial Consultation & Project Brief
We begin by understanding the property, the brief, the client’s ambitions and the level of design or technical support required.
02. Design Development or Review of Existing Design Intent
We can help private clients develop an idea from the beginning, or work from drawings and concepts already prepared by architects, interior designers or developers.
03. Digital Survey & 3D Scanning
Where required, we carry out detailed site survey using advanced digital measuring and Flexijet / 3D scanning technology.
04. Technical Development & Manufacturing Drawings
We produce detailed manufacturing drawings showing internal structure, external elevations, materials, finishes, junctions and technical details.
05. Material, Finish & Sample Approval
Veneers, stained finishes, lacquer colours, specialist finishes, ironmongery and natural materials can be sampled and approved before manufacture.
06. Stone Selection & Slab Reservation
Where natural stone is included, clients can select and reserve slabs through our approved supplier network.
07. Manufacturing Data & IMOS Programming
Our manufacturing drawings are developed alongside production data, allowing approved designs to move efficiently into manufacture.
08. In-House Manufacture & Stone Fabrication
Bespoke joinery, finishing and stone fabrication are coordinated through our London workshop.
09. Workshop Assembly & Quality Review
Furniture and specialist elements are assembled and checked in the workshop where required before preparation for delivery.
10. Client or Project Team Inspection
Where appropriate, clients or professional teams may review works in production before final delivery.
11. Delivery Preparation & Site Coordination
Completed works are carefully protected, dismantled where necessary and prepared for delivery and installation.
12. Specialist Installation & Practical Completion
Our skilled installation team fits, adjusts and completes the works on site through to practical completion and handover.
Design Development
From vusion to a beautifully made interior
The best interiors begin with an idea — a way a space should feel, function and belong within the home. Design development is where that idea is carefully shaped, refined and prepared for craftsmanship.
Atelier Vero works with private clients, interior designers, architects and developers to bring bespoke kitchens, joinery and architectural interior elements to life. For private clients, we can help develop the initial concept, layout, proportions, material direction and practical requirements. Where a design has already been created by an architect or interior designer, we work from that intent and develop the technical detailing required to make it buildable, manufacturable and beautifully executed.
Manufacture & Fabrication
Made in London, craftedunder one roof
Atelier Vero manufactures and fabricates through our London workshop, bringing bespoke joinery, specialist finishing and stone fabrication together in one controlled environment.
Once the design development and manufacturing drawings are approved, the project moves into production. Our process is supported by advanced manufacturing software, including IMOS, allowing approved drawings and manufacturing data to remain closely aligned. This means that once a project is signed off, the technical information required for production is already structured and ready for manufacture.
Installation
Specialist installation, controlled to completion
Installation is a critical part of every Atelier Vero project. Bespoke interiors require more than standard fitting; they require specialist knowledge of cabinetry, stone, tolerances, materials, finishes and site conditions.
Our installation teams are experienced in fitting high-value bespoke kitchens, joinery and stone packages. They work closely with our workshop and technical team to ensure that what has been manufactured is installed with the same care and precision with which it was made.
