Project overview
Lombard Square forms part of a major residential-led regeneration delivered by Berkeley Group, the UK’s largest residential developer. Atelier Vero was appointed to deliver the flagship marketing suite and concierge areas – high-profile spaces representing the public face of the development and setting the quality benchmark for the wider scheme.
The appointment required the delivery of complex, design-led interiors within a fixed commercial framework, demanding precision, adaptability and absolute control over programme and execution.
Scope of works
Atelier Vero was responsible for the design development, manufacture and installation of all bespoke joinery and fitted furniture within the marketing suite and concierge areas. The scope included a wide range of highly bespoke elements, from large-scale feature joinery to specialist reception furniture and integrated architectural components.
The project involved significant technical challenges, including high-level installations exceeding four metres, complex curved forms, and late-stage coordination adjustments driven by site conditions and ceiling constraints. The delivery required close collaboration with the client team and the ability to respond rapidly to evolving design and programme requirements without disruption.
Following the successful completion of the marketing suite, Atelier Vero was subsequently appointed to deliver the concierge area at Lombard Square, extending the scope of works immediately after handover.
