Manufacture & Fabrication

Made in London, crafted under one roof

Atelier Vero manufactures and fabricates through our London workshop, bringing bespoke joinery, specialist finishing and stone fabrication together in one controlled environment.

Once the design development and manufacturing drawings are approved, the project moves into production. Our process is supported by advanced manufacturing software, including IMOS, allowing approved drawings and manufacturing data to remain closely aligned. This means that once a project is signed off, the technical information required for production is already structured and ready for manufacture.

Our workshop combines traditional craftsmanship with advanced, industry-leading manufacturing technology. Significant investment has been made in equipment for both joinery and stone fabrication, including five-axis CNC capability, CNC machining, edge banding, panel cutting, specialist spray-finishing facilities, stone CNC machinery, polishing equipment and precision fabrication tools.

Behind the technology is a skilled in-house team of technical programmers, CNC engineers, cabinet makers, spray painters, carpenters, stone specialists and installation professionals. This balance of craft, technology and material knowledge allows us to deliver fully bespoke interiors with accuracy, consistency and care.

Every element is produced to suit the approved design, the property and the required finish. Bespoke cabinetry, stone surfaces, veneers, painted finishes, glass, metalwork and specialist details can be coordinated through one team, reducing uncertainty and protecting the design intent from workshop to site.

We work through established UK suppliers and distribution networks, with access to premium materials, fittings and specialist products from trusted international brands. This allows us to maintain quality, traceability and reliable lead times while offering the level of material choice expected in high-end interiors.
